To operate this camera, please follow the below steps.

Download the app recommended by the manual
Once app is downloaded, turn on device and wait 30 seconds
Go to phone WIFI and search
Connect to device, it may have number like AP65765765765
Wait 5 seconds until the phone displays a message like ‘This connection has no internet, still connect?” Select yes.
Go to app and app will then find the device
Go to app settings/WIFI and connect the device to your WIFI
Setup is now complete
